A designer brings your ideas into realization. With their expertise, they can capture your style into a complete, exciting, and livable environment that says, "This is who I am!" An experienced and competent designer will create and implement a plan, therefore impulse buying is eliminated. This plan will assure only wise, useful purchases are made. No longer will you be frustrated with items in your home that do not work.
In order to assure the best possible relationship between designer and client; EKLEKTIK INTERIORS, INC. has set forth the following design policy.There is a $75 to $125/hr charge for the initial consultation fee. In order to assure the best use of time for you and your designer, please consider the following when making an appointment:
Have all your questions and goals written down. This will keep the consultation focused and assure you the most productive use of time.
Have pictures of ideas you like or that you may want to consider for the job in question. This helps us understand your style, thus focusing on your particular needs. Pictures are worth a thousand words.
COMMUNICATE, COMMUNICATE,
COMMUNICATE! While we do our best, we have not fully developed our mind reading skills. The more we know about you, the more helpful we can be. Do not be afraid to express yourself. We are there for YOU! This is your environment, not ours. We want to capture the essence of you.
Once your goals have been established, the work begins. As designers and decorators, we work hard to solve your particular problems with exciting solutions. Design work (in the design studio) will be billed at $40/hr. An idea of the approximate time for your job will be given. At which time a retainer fee will be charged. Your job will be our priority as we complete a work-up and schedule a presentation for you in our design studio. Once the final look has been agreed upon, a quote will be given as to the price and scope of work entailed in the presentation. If you elect to continue the relationship, the retainer fee will be applied to the purchase. If not, the retainer fee will be kept by EKLEKTIK to cover design time.
The relationship between you and your designer is a unique one. We are partners in creating environments that are functional, inspiring, and beautiful. As designers and decorators, we realize the importance of your "personal space".
