DESIGN WORK-UP AND PRESENTATION:
Once your goals have been established, the work begins. As designers
and decorators, we work hard to solve your particular problems with
exciting solutions.
Design work (in the design studio) will be billed at $40/hr. An idea
of the approximate time for your job will be given. At which time
a retainer fee will be charged. Your job will be our priority as we
complete a work-up and schedule a presentation for you in our design
studio.
Once the final look has been agreed upon, a quote will be given
as to the price and scope of work entailed in the presentation.
If you elect to continue the relationship, the retainer fee will
be applied to the purchase. If not, the retainer fee will be kept
by EKLEKTIK to cover design time.
DESIGNER/CLIENT RELATIONSHIP:
The relationship between you and your designer is a unique one.
We are partners in creating environments that are functional, inspiring,
and beautiful. As designers and decorators, we realize the importance
of your "personal space". We take our work seriously and
know the benefits of creating a room that reflects the needs and
dreams of our clients.
